headspace Darwin and headspace Palmerston are here to support young people (aged 12-25) and their families. We offer support with mental health, physical & sexual health, alcohol & other drugs and work & study. 

The team at headspace Darwin and Palmerston will review the information you provide on this form and someone will be in touch within 3 working days to discuss next steps and available supports.

Peer Support Workers are trained to use their lived experience of mental health challenges and accessing services. They can support you by providing a non-clinical space to talk about your experiences or walk alongside you as you navigate services. 


Aboriginal Social and Emotional Wellbeing Workers use their cultural understanding and knowledge in their roles, supporting young people and their families in receiving culturally appropriate and safe support.
